Not really. Plenty of other people do far better work. But I kinda just wanted a rough looking long knife to in my muzzle loading kit. Need to make a tomahawk next I guess.

Depending on how much and where heat got involved in the making of it as to the edge holding capabilites.
If the hardness ended up the same as before making it, you might have a job on your hands to get the edge.

Trust me,it gets and holds an edge well. Have since traded it to a mate who's happy as a pig in s**t with it
