Think this one goes here. Anyway, if you don't like drones then you might like this.

Buck shot is fun, but it doesn't have a range of 2km :D

Oh darn, I guess I need to buy that M2 .50 BMG I was thinking about :D

Probably still costs less than the wonder gun. More fun, too :)

I wonder if that would work on my wife. She's been known to drone. Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I'm imagining her going all calm then curling up on the floor and going to sleep

I can see drones popping up on ebay soon with "drone only, no controller".

Saw this a while back from a mate who fly's drones and is a RF Engineer for one of the Telco's. The drone in the video is a DJI Phantom, the failsafe programming has 2 options on signal lost, land slowly or go-home. They use FHSS on the 2.4Ghz spectrum so this "Gun" of sorts probably works by flooding the RF link and triggering the failsafe. Despite the hype the defence is useless against pre-programed autopilot functions within even simple flight controllers. DJI Have recently released their A3 Controller and like it's predecessors can be remotely piloted over a 900mhz or 2.4Ghz data link. Long range FPV systems drop down into the UHF spectrum so if these guys have done their research the "Gun" needs to operate on multiple bands and tailored per country. Doubt we'll be seeing this tech in private use down under for some time yet. Till then, OOSG's still remain effective :)

There are pictures of boxes of the ammo, but nothing on Remingtons own website I saw.

Maybe they realised they were getting carried away and pulled the line.

There are a breeding pair of wedgies that live near my place. They are regular visitors and are quite partial to my ducks (when i had some left, that it!). Never mind, ducks are easy to replace but there are very few breeding pairs of the Tas Wedge Tailed Eagle sub-species (bigger than interstate cousins).

A mining company has been using drones locally to survey the existing quarry and potential expansion.
The Wedgies have taken out two drones so far!
