Just leave them there. It's not your garbage, not your responsibility to pick them up. If some douche threw them out his window and they where in my front yard I would throw them in the garbage. They are not going to blowup and kill the trash man. I got like 10x that rolling around the floor of my garage. I would only pick it up in my front yard because it is unsightly and I don't want to dull my mower blades. Same as a dozen short pieces of rebar or concrete samples.
