I'm guessing it's a 223, you will be happy with the performance of the sierra hpbt 69 grainers, they wack very hard, well done

That sort of performance is quite normal for Howas going by my experiences of owning for over 30yrs, they certainly can shoot well for the price.

Enjoy,
I have two Howa rifle now.
I started with a 223 varmint. It shoots 5 shots into one large hole.
I then bought a 308 varmint and it's just as accurate.
Looking at getting another. 6.5 Creedmoor or a 6.5 Grendel, Cannot make my mind up..!

My Marlin does that at about 90meters. Achieving those groups at 15meters is nothing to brag about bigfellascott. :allegedly:

sorry for the late reply yes its .223 and it was 100m next time i go to the range will be 200m and see what happens at 300m but i really do need a better stock its flopping around the place and i have to use the free recoil technique others the stock moves and touches the barrel

Open up the barrel channel? Might be cheaper because you might have to bed the new stock :unknown: .
