I've been invited to my LGS do on the day after Boxing Day - supposed to be a deep fried turkey and other delicacies ....

You can tell you’re addicted to shooting when you wake up on Christmas morning and start reading gun forums.

Got back from the LGS Christmas party about two hours ago - deep fried Turkey, burgers, hotdogs, more beer than I was comfortable drinking, since I was driving.

Great party. Found another Brno model 1 at another shop, the owner was there as well.

Life is good. :)

You're addicted to shooting when you see someone selling cheap lite 30 caliber bullets on Facebook; and think to yourself, 'if I buy them, I'll be 90% of the way to 300AAC, so I may as well but a300AAC rifle to shoot them through'.

When you see the time on a clock (digital) and automatically convent it to a rifle calibre. I see 7:08 (7mm 08 most mornings) quite often see 2:04. Don’t often see 3:08. I guess that is because I have a 7mm 08 instead. Lately I’ve been seeing 3:38 quite a bit. Maybe the clock is trying to tell me something!

Yep, pretty much. That woman knows me too well.

I've already ordered enough stuff to completely fill up my recently purchased bigger safe... the safe that would be big enough to last me forever...and that was so recently that the safe itself hasn't turned up yet.

..You have to do the 180kms round-trip to town for groceries, and you arent sure if you should throw a rifle in; just in case you sight something along the way...

OR..

...You have been tasked the 400km round trip to your sisters property to 'dispose' of the latest batch of kittens (because everyone there are a bunch of wuusses), and you cant decide which rifles to take in addition to the .22 handgun...

Let's see...Just the .308 and the handgun, OR the .243 and the .308 and the handgun??
or maybe the 7mm-08 and the handgun?
or maybe the .30-30 and the .243 and the handgun??
Just how squirrelly does a 3-week old kitten get when he makes a run for it??
[Girl guides taught me; "Be Prepared!" ...and then kicked me out over some weird gender technicality!]

Besides; I'm not addicted! I can give it up ANY time!
[I just dont WANT to...]
