I believe there are some hand writing letters or numbers engraved in the crown area, but I couldn't read, please help me to have a look, is it just serial number or a name or something else? thanks

Could it be Japanese, Chinese or Korean perhaps?

It had a cross, so unlikely to be Asian... Maybe post photo of entire sward. Could be a hint in its shape or whatever.

Maybe, The V.R. is under the Crown mark on my Martini Enfield. I think it stands for Victoria Regina.

I don't think it is Japanese or Chinese, it is a English court sword, so I came here to ask

I think the V.R make sense, The Guard has a Gilt " V.R " Cypher insignia attached to its front. (V.R -Queen Victorian era maybe?).

looks like other than the V.R and number 38335, there is something else, looks like "cce cee" on top of the number and bottom as well
and something I am not sure is secret symbos or just some random decoration shapes

What I am reading I may be wrong but in a Victorian context
V (Victoria)
R (Rex)
EGJ35 ( in cursive script )
Epistle General of John 35 sort of makes sense too . the sword brings on eternity
1 He testifieth that he bringeth the eternal word, wherein is life,
