You last picture was bad enough the one with the bridge. I thought the flooding had eased obviously not. sorry to see you machine under water that's going to be a bitch and cost heaps to put right I would think. Bad enough when its a motor bike that goes under.

Thankfully the loader is an old machine with bugger all electronic bits in it so once I drain the oils from the motor gearbox and transfer case then drain all the hydraulic fliuds and diesel I should be able to resurrect it !!
If you listen to the media there's nothing happening up here they're only carrying on about cairns!!!!
The joys of a real wet season!!! (hasn't been one in a few years so people tend to forget real quick what they can be like)
Any way I wouldn't be anywhere else!!!   :drinks: :drinks: :drinks:

Are you sure that it really is submerged ???????

You'd better go out and have another look,,,,,,

After all,,, it might have just been another wet dream.

Wasn't that long ago we were being told that we would have more and more droughts and less and less water, funny how f***ing useless these pricks are at getting it right, anyone remember the white elephant desal plant we are still paying $1,000,000 a week for that hasn't seen action in god knows how many years.

Funnily enough we are drought declared up here our local dam (Tinnaroo) was down to thirty percent a week ago but it's back up to 87 now. Even though we're in "drought" up here we still get rain every wet unlike the poor buggers out west it's just that weve only averaged about 7-800mm a year and not the 1.5mters we normally get!! :drinks:

Geez Daddybang it's a bugger when you see your machinery flooded like that mate but its all fixable although you could have done
without the swamping
How;s all your other belongings and machinery and not to leave out the family hope they're good and you're coping ok
One good thing you've got enough refreshments to pass the time away
Cheers mate

Also glad to hear you are well prepared with the essential supplies, look like a lot of thirsty work to get things cleaned up.

Gday granddad
Mate ya wouldn't even know it's the wet season now
The sky is bright blue without a cloud in it!!
From the last I checked(last night) it looks like that low is gonna hit south of us so we'll be ok but you will probably be right in its path. So stay safe and look after ya self. Let us know that ya ok if it does come in mate. :drinks:

Yeah big difference now there's no water
Haven't heard the forecast today as yet so don't know where the low is
Our skies were nice and blue yesterday I was thinking of planting some cucumbers but glad I didn't
I've dug my garden up 3 times but its always rained and my garden is just over 1/4 acre so not happy
only got a little digger takes about 4 hours to dig
On another note it will be a good year for wild dogs to breed so i'll have some shooting time
anyway thanks for your thoughts cheers mate
