It's doing it again

Post by Die Judicii » 12 May 2018, 8:11 pm

About 6 mths ago I was typing something, and noticed that when I tried to type the @ symbol, I got the " instead.
I had no idea why or how this came about, but to actually get the @ I had to hit the " key instead.
Same thing vice versa.

Every other key worked as per normal.

That continued for approx 2 months, and then it somehow reverted itself and worked normally,,,,,,,,,,, until now.

Now it's doing it again.

Anyone got any ideas why ???

Are you using a laptop or desktop computer?
Do you have a wireless a wireless keyboard? The batterie(s) in the keyboard maybe flat?

When you are finished with your computer do you ‘shut down’ or “hibernate”?

It's Samantha Lee.
That's about as logical as her arguments against us.

That reminded me of what my late brother did once.
He was THE all time great computer genius that made his living from IT and computer stuff in general.
He always used to laugh at me cos I was/am computer illiterate.

One day he did just what Brett suggested, and did it a little too much,,,,,,,,,,,, WAY too much.
He sucked most of the key tabs off,, and then had to sit down after retrieving them from the monster vacuum cleaner, and tediously fit them all back on.

That was the Karma for me,,,,, best laugh I'd had for a long time.
