New-generation air rifles are capable of using a standard 12- and 16-round circular magazine (when chambered in .177 or .22 pellet projectiles) and can outshoot a Ruger semi-automatic 10/22 model semi-automatic model rifle chambered in .22 long rifle calibre. The Ruger 10/22 rifle is a Category C firearm that is restricted to primary producers and registered professional vermin shooters and can only have a magazine capacity of 10 rounds.
Allowing the licensing of these air rifles contradicts the reasoning for restricting self-loading rimfire rifles similar to the Ruger 10/22. Consequently, shooters can now licence a firearm of equal capabilities to a restricted category rimfire firearm under the classification of Category A without any restriction or conditions associated to the licence.
Obviously the streets are running red with the blood of so many victims, given that shooters can now licence this new technology that supersedes the Ruger.... and of course all farmers have dumped their old tech 22 semis
Note the use of the word 'shooter' which I would take in the pejorative sense in this context.... it should be licensees. or appropriately licensed individuals, but maybe thats just me, expecting a token of respect and more intelligent language from a board of lawyer/barrister commissioners....
I'm struggling to believe no Westerners have an opinion about 'public' lands proposed to be available to ONLY Aboriginal shooters

No association necessary, can have a title claim or not, just prove you're of Aboriginal blood, and you're good to go.... so if 2 blokes walk into the relevant department, one's white, one's black (or could even be white for that matter) the one who claims aboriginal status can hunt, while whitey cant..... anywhere else that would be classed as racist, certainly of the tables were turned.
