Interesting legal term, can mean a lot of different things depending on the context. Usually, to the layman, it means 'more than the crime itself'. So, an aggrevated break-and-enter may include an assault on the occupant. In this case (unfamiliar with WA law) it may simply mean there was more than one occurrence of the same crime, or more than one crime committed knowingly.
All that palava aside, good to see the magistrate held common sense to the fore. Sure, should have stored things appropriately... but awesome he kept his licence and firearms.
