change of details

hi all, i have tried ringing the licensing dept. but have got fed up waiting on hold... i submitted a change of address and a new safe storage form on over 8 weeks ago, havent heard anything from them whatsoever... do they acknowledge in writing the new safe storage approval or is it just accepted without official approval ???...

I had to call the licensing a couple of times as i didn't receive any notification that my change of storage address had been accepted even though they said they will contact me via email when it was complete.
Being on hold to them in annoying but hopefully you get the answers you need.

Did you submit a "form 22" ?
They will only accept that method. Afaik.
