Bad News story on 9

Post by No1Mk3 » 17 Oct 2024, 11:38 am

Story on 9 News about some naughty folk around Liverpool and Port Macquarie selling fake property letters, claim of perhaps 1000 letters issued when property owner only acknowledges giving permission to no more than 1 shooter. Slime Green whinging is bad enough when crims use firearms, let alone when our own licenced people do. Hope none of our people have one of these fake letters as they may lose their licence.

Surely it'd be cheaper to pay for the Expression of Interest or just get the game licence than pay for a fake property letter? Is there some advantage to using a property letter?

What is a property letter?
Is this a document used by a person to help obtain a gun license as genuine need?

No need for a new thread but see this?

Two police dogs in NSW died in the back of the police car when the air conditioning stopped working. Just tragic.
