Think I was joking about guns being handed in during amnesties going in the front door, then some out the back door that same day?
What's the real story about the movement through the system of the AR15 that low-IQ child used in Tas in '96? Anyone remember?
Edit: rest of post deleted.
Meanwhile, tiny desperate men like Minns blame you and me, because they weren't born with the stones to do what they are supposed to.
True leaders accept responsibility for that they are at the top of and set the sights on those top blame instead.

Mark Banasiak MLC: Notices of Motion - Did Catley Mislead Parliament?

There is an implication arising in this video that I have wondered myself.
Why did it take 3 years from circa 2020 for the Bondi shooter to get issued a firearms license in 2023?
Was some form of political influence used that caused NSW firearms registry to eventually issue that license?
Minns government does not appear to want to release the information regarding the circumstances.

For the legal eagles - there appears to be a clear discrepancy with the evidence given by the minister, so what happens now?
Hopefully this line of inquiry cannot be shut down by the government.

The only thing you need to know is that the port arthur evidence is embargoed.
That's it. Not allowed to ask.
If that doesn't tell you all you need to know, I can't help you.

To me, despite all the SFP carefully fluffing around the edges like scared amateurs by not trying to burn Labor bridges, it's quite obvious that the fault lies within the NSW firearms licensing branch. Or whatever it's called.
Here's some observations - feel free to tell me I'm wrong here.
1. Minns is the Premier. He is supposed to take responsibility for his "underlings". At least, be a MAN enough not to deflect blame from himself as a "leader" by trying to deflect from the trash in the public service, and the fact that HE is ultimately responsible. Regardless of whether he gives a toss or not.
Instead of being a "leader", he is blaming the best people in the state, to defect from the fact he is a micro-man coward.
Minns a "leader"? Hack, spit.

2. He is taking the people's right away from legally standing up against communist behaviour by denying NCAT. Why? Methinks strongly that the neanderthal Islamic freak took the cops to NCAT and won when they denied him a license/PTA for those guns him and his monkey-boy son used at Bondi. So rather than punish the public-service employed judge, they punish the people by denying the Australian justice against incompetent government paid legal services and kiddie-fiddlers in wigs. And by doing so deny the responsibility from where it really lies. True?
Admit the government is ultimately not the blame, but instead the hunters and farmers? In other words, Minns the coward, again deflects responsibility.

THAT's what needs to be openly said by the SFP.
There is no second "F" for "Farmer" in SFP, as far as we are concerned. they play in the sandpit with Labor (our arch enemy) too much for us.

If you watch the summery type last vid from Banasiak, they brought it all out through smart questioning.
The Librarian would lose her job if they were fair dinkum; she is pretending to be the police minister.
She misled parliament.
She gave the evidence in her conflicting answers.

What happens now is the question, and I have NFI.
By the arrogant answers by that high one, gov general, eterny gen, or whatever he is titled, it sounds like they just forget about it all.
Nothing to see here, next issue.
Borsak gave it to that scumgrub, one of the best I have seen
As he said, "The govt has made its decision, and they won't be changing"

Yasmin knew Mark had her, and just tried on the one about we are just cutting gun numbers and keeping people safe.

When he proved the undercompensation and numbers showing most centerfire rifles were worth about 2K, she had no answers and said that is governing, or some BS.
In other words, after admitting no expert opinion was even asked for, let alone used, we are the govt, and it will be.
She also had to admit they just used the WA modeling.

From day 1, I predicted Elbo would now step back into the background and answer, " It's a state govt thing".
In a federal govt buyback, fair compensation must be given.
Not such legislation with state steal-backs.

Borsak is putting his conservation hunting bill back in, after answering all the stupid questions from the green and animal rights parties.
It should be amusing, at the least.

Here's a thought that should be thrown out to NSW one nation, liberal and national parties - if they win power in March 2027 will they release the files pertaining to granting of a firearms license to one of the bondi shooters?

They won't ever release that data, n f'ing way.

Imagine the complete loss of public trust in the hoards or public "servants" with NO performance or success requirements when it finally comes out that the neanderthal was given a firearms license despite being on an ASIO/AFP watch, by the un-achievers in NSW Weapons.
The trust and the resultant outcry would expose just how incompetent these pointless bodies are.

AND expose why micro-man Minns has taken away the NSW residents right to contest incompetent police in NCAT, and cement in Labors communist ideals of government having EVERY say in anything and no rights for the people against corrupt government.
This proves the very reason the US citizens wrote into law the 2nd Amendment, and why the communist Demoscabs want it written out.
Of which the Duopoly, with Labor at the top of the list, being proven to be solely incompetent and unfit to govern.

Here's an interesting post from Gun News Australia.
A theory as to why the NSW firearms registry gave one of the Bondi shooters a firearms license. That he was under investigation by the 'authorities' and was given a license so as not to tip him off that he was under investigation!

Also good commentary about 'voting smart' come the March 2027 NSW state election.

I have not checked out the link, but that theory is likely what happened, as well as the departments refusing to deal with each other and share the critical information.

Remember how Albo refused the head of ASIO a seat at the discussion table.
He only dealt with his friends, the government-controlled federal police.

The way these orgs are now run badly, from the top, is why the system falls apart, and the public lose faith.
The Victorian police have ended up in a huge mess.
Now they just recruit anyone who wants to be a cop, all the wrong people who want to be a cop for the wrong reasons.
Everyone who has a bad experience loses faith.
6-8 years down the track, the public has lost faith in the police force.

Bad govt is like a cancer for everything under it, and we must be at a low.
If you don't boot them, it goes bad like Vic and gets worse every term of corruption.

Selmsey eh, you have to hand it to him for dedication.

I wonder if they will come for his license after giving it to them so consistently.
He knows, but said he doesn't care.

Sounds like he has some good lawyer-type friends; let's hope he doesn't need them.

Without the tribunal hearings, we are pretty well stuffed.
Discriminating against old white shooters is not only allowed for people like the FAR, it is also encouraged.
Watch them come for us, with no way to appeal their wrong decisions.

They have full support from the woke green govt, so nothing is stopping them now, if One Nation doesn't.

They gave him a license so as not to "tip him off"?
And then after that, multiple PTAs for similar/ same guns repeatedly, without having constant eyes on him after that even when he sat in the dunny flogging his Neanderthal todger?
Or off to retardo- land to be even more radicalised and to train them to kill people more effectively?
Selmes is still drinking the cooling obviously.
Nah, the NCAT theory isn't just a theory, nor why micro-man Minns turned off the rights of gun owners after that.
What does Selma's say about Port Arthur?

I don't think I have ever really heard Semles views on Port Arthur.
He can be a bit funny, as we all made the same predictions, he wasn't Nostradamiss.

Aussie Reviews made that "Last Australian Shooter" clip many years back, and it's how the greens, Abos friends, roll.
I was so hoping the mass shooting would go down in Perth, but the pattern is always the same: some incidents in Melbourne, like the car, then the tune pulls a gun out in Sydney.

Aussie said once that he gets peppered with feedback; Elmer writes, "Ausie, don't shoot fast".
Selmes would get peppered by Fudds.
He said one recently apologised; he attacked him so fiercely in the past that his lawyer mate told him, " We can take his house".

I can understand why we keep our heads down, but Fudds chucking other shooters under the bus is why we are our own worst enemies.

Selmes had some stupid, selfish and ridiculous video once, a few years ago now, about farmers are whingers, lock up all the animals others could hunt, are all rich self-serving whingers that are sitting on millions of $$$ of land, and we are too precious about who we let on to shoot.
I replied to his video quite politely and pointed out a few facts he had wrong, and I won't go into detail.
Suffice to say, anyone who had friends or family on farms, that actually had to cop the stupid crap that bearded clams like him who are, frankly, self-important experts sitting in a room making videos, would have instantly separated city shooters from farmers 100% further.
He went on an insane rant, on YouTube, calling me all the names under the sun, that we all are precious pricks blah blah. He had to take it down, because he was attacked by so many viewers and so many unsubbed his dribbling site forever.
So my views on that "expert" are from him attacking me personally, as a coward does, from a desk, dribbling on a keyboard.

You say, fudds are our own worst enemy?
I can tell you 100% fact, if I walked up to that clown in the street and asked him to repeat what he pounded with his right hand on the keyboard whilst the other was in his jocks, I can guarantee a foul smell and it wouldn't be from me.

So, I've seen that egg-on-sticks as he really is. Not as he's fooled others.
