I think you'll find Louisiana will always have issues because most of the state is just a big swamp. Not much you can do with that.

Ive met plenty of mericans thru growing up in the territory and thru running tours up here but no first hand experience so I like to ask questions. The one thing I have noticed is that(like anywhere I guess) the answers to the questions are different depending on life experiences of those I'm talkin to.
