SFFP Show Their Colours

Shooting in the news and political arena.

SFFP Show Their Colours

Post by Gaznazdiak » 06 Feb 2019, 8:33 am

I have said it before and I'll say it again, only cvnts want to be politicians and only cvnts become politicians.

Some here had hope that electing fellow shooters would aid our legislative plight, forgetting the above, forgetting that politics attracts cvnts like flies to a fresh turd, and forgetting that being a shooter isn't a guarantee a candidate isn't actually a politician(cvnt) in disguise.

Once in there the privilege, the money, the feeling of power, the delusions of grandeur turns the head of even the most idealistic.

Now we see the "everyday blokes" elected to represent us performing the same power hungry rituals as the majors, further proof that parties are the true problem. They are acting exactly the same as the bigs, more concerned about fighting each other for the spot at the golden trough.

We should have ONLY independents, parties should be banned, if everyone is independent then there can be no factional bullsh!t the like of which both majors have been concerned with for the last decade.

Now it's infected the SFFP.

Maybe the new bloke is not as bigger fudd as Brown and the South Welshmen will get better representation, just a throught.
On the Indepenent thing, that experiment was tried up here in Rockhampton council years ago. Nothing could get done until a coalition (a Party) of like minded Independents was formed.

Yep it makes you wonder if they are any better than the major parties. I’d like to think so, nevertheless a bit disappointing to hear of these antics.

Totally agree with OP. You're in bloody good company mate.

“However [political parties] may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.”

I think I read somewhere that there was an 8yr term or something like that and Browne is up in his 70s so they thought it was time to get someone who's younger to step up I guess, new blood etc I would think would be part of it and there may well be other behind the scenes things going on that we aren't privy to, either way it won't stop me voting for them, It's just part of the bigger picture I would think.

My opinion of the SFP nosedived when the secretary of my pistol club related how he met Robert Brown at a local function. He introduced himself and Brown remarked that the Shooters & Fishers would throw handgun shooters under the nearest bus if necessary in order to save hunters from the Govt's scythe.

So, there's a bit of delicious Schadenfreude in this lol

Yep at least they like firearms unlike a lot of other mobs which half of these halfwits will vote for anyway (labor or Lib mentality) the Australian Voters are stupid when it comes to voting, they seem to think it's a choice between Lab or Lib and that's it and that's the way the media want people to think too, according to their agenda they are the only 2 parties that are running in the election.

For her outstanding firearms policy??? Umm no she and her party have flipped flopped on policies.

SFFP in NSW has said on many occassions they are not preferencing the greens aor labour, they are preferencing no one.

Nationals are running a scare campaign as the SFFP are hurting them everywhere.

No people are brain trained into thinking it's either Lib or Lab, you don't see any other party's talked about leading up to the election, do you? ever wonder why that is? I certainly do. And I think it's all to do with money and power from those who control what Gov't gets in each election, ie this mob will bend to our will so they will get the golden handshake in the media via manipulating the way the people think via the hammering the media will or won't give a particular party in a way that influences the way people think and then vote.

I think Scott you are giving too much importance to the intelligence level of most voters. If even after all the mismanagement of labour in Victoria, they still won due to their economic credentials.... it was laughable

G'Day Fella's,

Welcome to politics.

Despite the Socialists Rehtorical Bleat in first post above, trying his best to muster disunity among LAFO's, this is just another example of normal politics.
So we just need to take a deep breath and continue to support SF&F, as this will probably be a good long term stratergy, by the SF&F Party and for LAFO's.

D'oh!
