I'm just waiting for round two of this thread after someone wins the election. Winners will crow and losers will sulk and insults will fly  :drinks:

The real winners of this thread are those sitting back with their box of popcorn laughing their asses off.

Please continue :D :drinks:

No chance. I may even outlast you . . . After all, conservatives are a dying breed.

150 years ago, you guys would have been be arguing that horses were better than steam engines (especially if you were a farrier).

.

Ironically - were you not recently, in a previously locked thread, arguing to the detriment of electric cars ? Hypocrisy much.

I was just flicking a boogie and accidentally lobbed onto channel 7 - surely, I miss heard Alan Jones saying that if a candidate in electorate xxx got 4% of the vote then he’d get an electoral payment of $70,000...please tell me I heard that wrong??

Yeah I think I heard a few years back that they get something like $2 a vote or something like that (a bit fuzzy on the details now) so don't recall the exact details about it all.

Anyway hows the federal erection going, any clear winner yet (the people never win) they just get the bill and the promise of more bulls**t and lies to come.

Party and BBQ at JSS’s place . I’ll bring some scotch for you stix  all us Queenslanders gotta do is dump ugly Anna palace-chook in the state elections and it’s all gravy. Hmmm, I might have to celebrate “commie bill’s” defeat with a new gun purchase. What should I do fellas, build a 35 Whelen on a ruger mk 1, or get myself a 44 mag Henry steel lever gun ? And, I think the greens are down to one seat in politics . YAY !
