There had been no reported break ins at all marksman, there had been 3 reports of trespass in the previous 6 months.

The accused had reported a stolen pistol from his unlocked pick up back in Feb a few weeks prior to the shooting, this could well have been what trigger the vigilante response. Gerogia has the death Penalty so these two might be in trouble.

but l think you have already made up your mind

also this is just to show how assumptions are the mother of all farkups
theres and your assumption about Americans Bill

"the difference in the mentality in the USA and places like Australia and Canada is on display right now in America"

marksman you would do well to do a little more research.

' Since last August, there had been at least three calls to police about a man trespassing on a property in the neighborhood, according to documents released by the Glynn County Police Department in response to a public records request. In the weeks before the shooting, Travis McMichael had also called to report that a firearm had been stolen from his truck. '

so it needs to have a trial

my point is made Bill "assumptions are the mother of all farkups"

the Americans are as outraged that this can happen, as much as the Australians and Canadians

You are right mate. People from different countries think and reason differently. Americans are loud, boorish and brash. Their laws and the way people live their life reflect this. They do not cower and do not back away from a fight. Australian laws are all about retreat and cower. Even in your own home in Australia you do not have the right to self defence. You are obligated to retreat if possible.

Tassie Tiger only suffered 2 major concussion incidents, blurred vision, no CTE for me. I knocked 8 out and put 2 players into helicopters/spinal unit ( 1 fractured vertebrae, the other had a narrow spinal canal and suffer minor temporary paralysis, neither played again) I played hard but fair, never sent off in over 300 plus games.

Alaskan gun laws are better than Texas Tassy. Anything goes there.
