Now to see about having my expired Permits re-issued, guess there maybe a backlog. Shame LRD are not answering phones still, so will just mail them back with a cover note and see what happens, or if they make me re-apply for them. Also for getting the range open with appropriate distancing. Someone mentioned here about opening with every 2nd bench which would still allow 50 shooters at a time, and sub-clubs rotating details of 10 shooters by the hour or so should see everyone get a shot over the course of a day. Pity we're not trusted to hunt with handguns like the US are and Qld once was, NT as well I believe? Was Les Hiddins still in Service when he filmed in the Territory with a sidearm? Cheers.
