Banned/Suspended, and don't know why.

Recently I purchased an ATN NV Scope to use on my backup rifle.
In setting this up I encountered a problem that I needed help with.

So I signed up to the ATN Owners group (which is run/controlled by Facebook)
I jumped through all the necessary hoops and hurdles to become a member,,,,,, and waited.

24 hours later I got a message saying that I had been accepted, and could now post and participate.

So I get onto the ATN Owners group page and posed the question that I needed an answer for.
ie: I have bought an ATN X SIGHT 2 HD scope, and the focus knob is really hard to turn,,, can someone supply info on how to free it up ?

I went to bed, and got up next morning to see if I had any answers.

When I tried to log in I had a screen from Facebook saying that my account had been Suspended because I had breeched policy.

I was given no recourse whatsoever other than ask for a review.
I asked for a review but had no option to ask what I had done wrong to deserve suspension.
I had no option of adding or saying anything to aide any review.

It is now 3 days since,,,,,,, and I am still banned/suspended,, and can't even log in.
And,,,,,,,, have had no reply or communication from whoever applied the ban/suspension.

I didn't swear, beat up on any company or brand, offer anything for sale, nor make any threats.
It beats the hell out of me as to what I've done wrong.

I posted something a couple weeks ago on my own page and received a message that it had been reported us unsubstantiated fake news, they didn't remove it, though I haven't checked it since.

Well,,,,,, that's another thing I got zero warning or info about.
The ATN group itself (as far as I can ascertain is, run/controlled by Facebook) and I can't get into either.

I even tried to get into the ATN Owners "uncensored" site and I'm banned there too.

Yet,,,,,, my partner signed up last night to the same group that I did,, was approved almost instantly,,,,, asked the exact same question that I did,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
And got 3 replies by this morning without being banned or suspended.

Can't stand Facebook and associated sites within. All it takes is one "precious" cretin to complain and it's "banned time"......a bit like this forum maybe, who knows?

I will add if I may,, I've never been interested in Facebook either, and certainly never joined it till the other day.
I must hold the record for the shortest amount of time as a member.

But to join this ATN owners group it seems the only way in is to join Facebook.
