The NSC has helped another Shooter and NSC member, who lost his licence and guns due to a Covid 19 fine, get his licence back!

How can the LRD not be charged with perjury or defamation, given their formal (legal) advice that this was not happening?
The perjury charge would be straight forward and the defamation is based around the issuance of notice, that the licence is being revoked - licence holder not being a fit and proper person...especially in this case, employment may have been impacted.
They (LRD) are going to continue this sort of crap until someone whacks them hard enough - either via someone losing the job or hurting them via monetary means.

Inclined to agree. I think it would be a big ask though. Would have to fight the Vic Gov in the courts.
