Because the LEAP database was being misused by LRD to target shooters who had received COVID fines for alleged breachesof the CHO directions.

Over 300 affected in Victoria. Licences suspended and firearms seized.

Most have had their licences re instated and firearms returned.

So why put shooters through thr grief and cost?
