On a serious note it is a bloody travesty.
Is it not an act of terror to supply the Taliban with that sort of thing?
Betcha if anyone else tried there would be hell to pay.

It's nothing new.... similar happened when ISIS came up. Plus they got a few hundred million to start them up from the bank. Spoils of war

I saw a picture of a squad of Taliban on the news yesterday. Seriously they looked exactly like a squad of US troupes. They were kitted out with all the US gear only one was wearing a turban cover the rest all US issue complete with night vision.

The Biden administration is trying to ban a piece of rubber that fits on the end of a AR-15 buffer tube but they give the Taliban all this stuff. It's insane.

All the old .303's had the little hole in the side of the bridge so that after unscrewing the end of the bolt the firing pin could be
snapped off or seriously bent, making the rifle unusable without being replaced.

Every single soldier should have done similar,,,,, as in , rendering the arm unusable.
As for other arms that may have been in a repository,,,,, and choppers,,,,, and vehicles in general,,,, why not simply blow em up with
a rocket or bomb, etc.

The powers to be should be court martialed at the very least.

Good old Uncle Sam,, with friends like that, who needs enemies :unknown:

I have not followed this, but my understanding is that the materiel was left for use by the Afghan military, but they simply abandoned it to the Taliban rather than fight for it?
