Good to see some action taken against her however I wouldn't call a $400 a " significant penalty"

Still 400 bucks deducted from her welfare payments that she cant spend on drugs.

Yep, and she can probably do a payment plan for it... due to financial hardship. What would happen if she got injured or shot by accident to the Hunter.
