SIFA agenda

Post by Oldbloke » 13 Aug 2022, 9:43 am

The shooting industry has revealed its agenda for reform, telling the new Australian federal government it wants to increase firearms manufacturing, improve gun policy, streamline imports and exports, and create a new Commonwealth Firearms Authority.

More here:

With changes in the region and a projected increase in spending by the armed forces perhaps they will listen. :unknown:

That's the best news I've heard all week.

Finally we're seeing some heavy push back against ridiculous government policy that doesn't make anyone safer.

It'll give GCA something to jump up and down about, they've (all 2 or 3 of them) have been pretty quiet for a while now.

"Mr Papalia said gel blasters were also of concern because they contained parts that could be switched with real firearm parts.

"So they become an illegitimate means of gathering or getting a firearm,"

Wouldn't it be a refreshing change if those pontificating and making laws about firearms had actually used one and understood the basics.

I strongly suspect that will happen the day monkeys start flying out their butts.

They watch Hollywood movies which pretty much qualifies them as firearms experts

I happened to watch the Greens leader at the press club a week or so back.

I was thinking how their economic and environmental policies weren't half bad, so I looked up their gun policies.

What a pack of latte sipping, man-bun wearing, inner city panty-waists they truly are.

They believe that city slickers shouldn't be allowed guns at all, but the one that really got me was their idea that rural gun owners shouldn't be allowed to store our firearms at home. I mean what the actual fck?

So, it's lambing time and I see a fox.
By their rules I'd have to drive 40 minutes into town, hope whatever storage facility has my firearms is open, get the appropriate gun and drive 40 minutes back home.
By which time Basil Brush has killed 10 or 15 lambs and fcked off!

These are the same knob jockeys who support the PETA idea that we shouldn't kill ferals, we should catch them have them sterilised and release them so they can finish their life, killing everything they can.

You just couldn't smoke enough whacky tobaccy to come up with sh!t like that.

Lol look up peta history.

A few years ago after an investigation it was found that the PETA run animal shelters (which are animal charities) instead of rehoming cats/dogs handed to them euthanised the animals straight away

Yep, same people.

They're more interested in political sh!t stirring than animal welfare.
