Same can be said for every public service sector.
90% of public servants work like their waiting in the Qantas departure lounge.
Zero accountability, no performance targets unless of course their raising revenue.
Gun control requires concentration and a steady hand

"public servants" ?? Paleeese
They are Government employees.
If they do at all provide a "service" to the public it's going to be more along the lines of how a bull will service a cow.
