Almost all of those reforms won't stop another bondi. Last time I checked mass murder was illegal . Do you think suicide b**bersare going to worry about extra penalties?

Sure you do know that it's not about saving lives or stopping anything all but about 1% of our laws are only about one thing and it's neither of those two points
