I wont be coming.

With what the SSAA Have done to Conservation Australia in refusing to allow them to have a booth is pretty appalling.

I understand what your saying mate, but I think we all need to support the pro gun movement, especially with an "Open House" like this... Just my 2c worth anyway's.

The thing is its not an open house. Clearly the SSAA have selected who they want there not supported an open event for all pro gun groups just because they are not supporters of the SSAA.. Just another reason I will not ever be a member of the SSAA.

I will just add this little disclaimer.. My information is only based on what I have read around the parts and I am not privy to the exact information so it may not be 100% true and correct. However you can find the information around if you are looking for it.

Basically Conservation Aus (Under its previous guise) was a part of SSAA. The management of CA decided to split from SSAA and get their own insurance and form their own structure etc etc.. SSAA have taken offence to this and told CA they cant have a booth at the Shot Show because there was no room available etc etc. Then they were found trying to sell spaces to other businesses etc.

Thats a very basic outline of it.

LOL yeah pretty much my thoughts on them too mate. But time and time again people only support certain parts of the pro gun movement, which is why In my opinion we are pushing s**t uphill, we need to defend ALL of the pro gunners, just like the NRA, which does seem to work for them.
