Yes I bagged Labor in a previous post, I was only getting the balance right, they bagged us, we bagged them = time.

Supporter,

Didn't you know?

When it's my opinion it's a democracy and I'll do what I want!

When it's someone elses opinion they're wrong.

Democracy!

So a case of the pot calling the kettle black + childish arguments.

Very persuasive.

IF the ABC can have equal time I cannot see why not here. My arguments are not childish, you can see them anyway you like. Not trying to be persuasive, just expressing a point of view. The same as your post? I wonder how others will see that.

The smart money (if there is such a thing) is on the reds 1.13 to 1 versus 5 to 1 with the Libs...

Looks like another Labor Vic Government...... how depressing that our fellow citizens would choose such a government.

The Labor party are SOCIALISTS there is no question about it.

Go and see for yourself guys, here.

I quote from said 46th National Conference - National conference:

page 231:
Objectives
2 The Australian Labor Party is a democratic socialist party and has the objective of the democratic
socialisation of industry, production, distribution and exchange, to the extent necessary to eliminate
exploitation and other anti-social features in these fields.

page 232:
(v) commitment to and participation in the international democratic socialist movement as
represented by the Socialist International

Marxist
Leninist etc
-----communist----- whats the difference? about 23.5%....

Socialism worked well in Russia!! How many tens of millions were butchered by the reds??
Yes, they are REDS, the 'media' does not ever dare mention the connection, these guy are aligned with the Socialist International.... it even says up there^!!

Do Not vote for them, vote for the donkey if you have to.....
Certainly dont vote for the watermelons.... NorthEast, we're looking at you!

I hope I'm not out of line whem I say you should all count to 10 & cool off. This should be a friendly forum. Democracy is about being able to vote for who ever you like, without copping flak.

Re: Victorian Elections

Post by 1290 » 16 Dec 2014, 9:12 pm

So, official result of the election>

Lower House

AUSTRALIAN GREENS 385190 11.48% 2
AUSTRALIAN LABOR PARTY 1278322 38.10% 47
LIBERAL 1223474 36.46% 30
THE NATIONALS 185619 5.53% 8
Other Candidates 112289 3.35% 1 (Shepparton indep - Sheed)

So the LABS obviously won, formed govt with 47 of 88 seats, versus 38 for the LIBS/NATS, bad, but could be a lot worse for the blues...

Upper House

AUSTRALIAN GREENS 367592 10.38% 5
AUSTRALIAN LABOR PARTY 1143774 32.31% 14
DEMOCRATIC LABOUR PARTY (DLP) 79298 2.24% 1
LIBERAL 711548 20.10% 10
LIBERAL/THE NATIONALS 523510 14.79% 6
SEX PARTY 89737 2.54% 1
SHOOTERS AND FISHERS PARTY VICTORIA 56527 1.60% 2
VOTE 1 LOCAL JOBS 7108 0.20% 1

Upper house is a lot different and interesting; the government does NOT have control, with a miserable 14 of 40 seats! LIBS/Nats have 16..... Shooters 2!! interesting times for shooters in Vic, lets make hay!!! cause the government is going to want everyone on their side or they wont be passing jack sh-ite in Vic for the next term!
