I think Cat D is the butane jet jobbies.
Agricultural property owners and their employees can have the common BIC. Most of us are stuck with the standard match but can apply for exception to use the longer 'fire starter' matches and fire lighters if we can prove that combustion stoves are our only form of heating. All existing bbqs and other gas burners need to be retro fitted with a piezo, though.
