Mod time.

All the pointless arguments deleted.

Guys, if you don't like each other use the ignore feature as mentioned and/or stop going into the other persons topics.

No one comes here to read the same two people argue over and over. You each have plenty of productive conversations with other members on the forum, lets keep things there.
See you on the firing line.

But, a long drive for many.
ps. You cou, d stop rubbing it in mate. :D

Only a 4 1/2 drive from Melbourne...a bit more for you. But it's the bee's knees....it tough going up here though....not a walk in the park.

But the rewards, the scenery....are worth it.

The area up that way is really nice. I agree. I was up that way at easter.
I just can't afford to drive that far to go out for a regular hunt.
For me to drive to Bright and back would cost me approximately $120 in fuel.

To drive up to Woods Point and back would cost me about $45.

Worth noting that I have one of the most economical 4wds in our group.

Pretty nice scenery around Woods Point too ;)

That one of reasons I moved up here....only have to drive for 15 min to start hunting....and a lot less hunting pressure than those forests close to Melbourne.
Browning BL-22 lever action...open sights
T3 Varmint .204 Ruger...Meopta Meostar 4-16X44
T3 Lite .30-06 Sprg...Aimpoint Hunter 1X red dot

....that will do me

"and a lot less hunting pressure than those forests close to Melbourne" All the more reason to keep as much as possible open to hunting around Melbourne.

Make him a Foe so you don't see his topics and leave the arguments out IMO.

North East, be a bit less defensive

Peace.

I do have a problem with a declared GREENS voter - note she only dared mention it once, I noticed, maybe others including yourself didnt?,

Just consider what she's posting;

there's better hunting further out so its not so bad to lock up all the conveniently located forest.....
Its a suburb of Melbourne (so I guess we shouldnt be hunting there anyway...)

If it sounds like a troll..smells like a troll, as far as looks go, there's only another forum member around here who could confirm whether it looks like a troll...

defending the GREENS policies at every opportunity, the GREENS are a cancer in our society.

As far as Foe goes, if the other party used the function as kept away from 'my' topics it would be handy dandy too

So because he's voted for the Greens (assuming that's true) you have a go at him "at every opportunity". Not sure how you think that gives you the high road in the situation.

He's a shooter and hunter so has a place here IMO, regardless of his political differences to yours.

Frankly it is your problem, no one else is having these arguments. You don't like him, we get it, we don't need to hear about it in every topic.

Stop playing your part in the problem. Be the bigger man and ignore his posts if you don't want to read them.

That's all I have to say so I'm out. Over to you mods.

Both parties have been contacted about the arguments.

I consider the matter closed, lets drop it and get back to the topic of the Victorian parks or the topics getting locked.
