Adlippy I didn't even call him names. I just asked him the same questions I asked Samantha/Victor and they weren't even hard questions!
There's still a few of Wile. E Coyote's ideas that I haven't tried yet.

How's abouts this.... YOU DEFINE conspiracy..... then YOU suggest whether or not what transpired AT PA... THEN at Canberra weeks later... fits the definition. ..... .(I'm not 'nuts' so I won't throw in the months/years BEFORE the PAM.)...

Sadly, a vocal minority of gun owners who want easier access to guns are hijacking community conversation. It’s worrying, because we can see in the US how political gridlock — caused by a polarised gun control debate — has stalled needed reform.

Seems like they don't like that We are "hijacking community discussion" due to when you actually have a conversation within the community logic prevails over emotion.

It's actually scary what they stand for.

WHAT THE GCA SEEKS TO ACHIEVE

- Make semi-automatic handguns (the same kind used in massacres in America) illegal in Australia.

That's straight from their website, their rational is as always emotion over logic.

Isn't that weird? I was just thinking the same thing the other day - where is the GCA Samantha Lee?

If some others here wish to deride very basic observations that everyone (including myself) should have been making at the time, plus all that's come out since, then I will not hesitate to call them out on it.
Calling these issues "crap" and saying those who dare question the official line are "crackpots" does nothing to advance the arguments of members who gratuitously criticise PAM sceptics. An amusing graphic similarly says nothing of any value.
I couldn't simply let Heckler 303's graphic go. This and other official story supporting comments, whether intentionally or not, contribute to an atmosphere of self-censorship and not questioning authority.
The entire public discussion of guns in Australia is like that anyway, so why should this forum be the same?
I didn't want to go too far off topic but I could not simply let it go unchallenged. Any time there's a comment about "If it wasn't for one idiot" or similar, I'll be there to fill the crack images/icons/smile/redface.gif . I'll do my best to keep it to a few bullet points, but I'll be there.
The problem is, literally everything on this forum is related to the PAM, for reasons that are obvious.

If you simply scroll back in either this sub-forum or Media and Politics, there should be a PAM thread with the most recent comment from last November IIRC.
I said should.
Sometimes it's there, sometimes it isn't. I can vouch for that from trying to find it at different times and not always being successful.
Some here appear to believe there are several PAM threads. AFAIK, there has only ever been one (1) and it may or may not be viewable.

Cheers

GCA and Mr Shoebridge don't like people presenting the facts, even politely, I have the honour of being blocked from both these pages, not that it is any loss, there is no way that anything we would have to say would change their stance, sometimes it is better not to bother wasting time on lost causes.
