A 10x scope is 10x your normal sight, right?

A 10x scope is 10x your normal sight, right?

Hi all,

Just checking I have this right... say a 10x scope for example, that's 10x your normal vision right?

Thanks.

Yup,

Yep.

So if you were looking at a bottle with your eye at 10m and looking at a bottle at 100m through a 10x scope they would appear the same size.

No wonder it's so easy to hit that little target dot at 100m when I'm using my 60x or 80x Scope....  ;) ;)
