I recently discovered a new theory on pouring beer.
I'm curious what other people know and think on this.
Option 1 - Typical pour, glide the beer into the glass with near as little froth as possible, just enough at the end for a cm or so head.
Option 2 - Pour with as much froth as you can without it overflowing out of the glass, the idea being you release all the carbon from the brew while it's in the glass instead of in your stomach. More comfortable drinking and more of it
Votes either way?
