What's it worth?

Hey lads so long story short I bought a sxs off a mates old man thinking I'd use it and well I don't

I know what you're all thinking what an idiot, well we've all done it, anyway I have no idea what it's worth and thought I'd ask you legends!

It's a Bayard field sxs 12ga it's a nice gun but I'd rather sell it then see it sitting in my safe.

Anyone got any ideas what it's worth? I can put photos up if that helps, it looks in good condition.

G'day Here Skip,
This really is a "how long is a piece of string"! A Belgian gun, trade or best? Probably trade, if it is tight on the face, good bores, etc and a steel barrel boxlock maybe $200, a sidelock a bit more. If condition is even slightly down then the price plummets. As an example, a gundealer mate of mine bought 20 old Belgian guns last week for $20 each. Pics will tell all, particularly of the top rib and under the barrel on the flats, Cheers.

I like it
I recon it would cost you about $500 to replace it in a gun shop
IMHO I would keep it
but its not mine up to you
maybe try and put it on buyusedguns in a free add for 5 hundy and see how it goes :unknown:
