Fair enough. I have had great results with 2206H with projectiles from 50 to 80 grains. ADI have put .BM1 down as their recommend powder for a 223 but I find the faster powders are down on speed with no increase in accuracy. That said I have had excellent results using 8208 which can be as good as 2206H.

I find that if the faster powders cannot make the speed needed to get to the node 2206h shoots in, you need to drop more speed to find a lower node.
