6.1 Financial club members are required to attend club organised competitive shooting matches on a minimum of one occasion each bi-monthly period.
6.2 The bi-monthly calendar and reporting calendar year begins on the 1st of April and finishes on the 31st of March the following year.
6.3 The bi-monthly calendar and reporting calendar year is made up of the following divisions: April – May June – July August – September October – November December – January February – March
7 In-Your-Own-Time-Attendance
7.1 Financial members who are unable to regularly participate in club-organised matches, practices or events are provided with the opportunity to participate in In-Your-Own-Time practice sessions.
7.2 In-Your-Own-Time attendances can be utilised up to a maximum of three separate occasions to meet the minimum club attendance requirement of six bi-monthly attendances per calendar year. A member may substitute one In-Your-Own-Time attendance for one calendar event up to a maximum of three separate occasions per reporting year.
7.3 Financial members are encouraged to attend more than the minimum required by law.
7.4 In-Your-Own-Time attendances are recorded when a member attends the club’s nominated range at St Marys Indoor Shooting Centre, in the member’s own time and shoots 10 rounds at a target set at 25 metres.
7.5 The target should be submitted into the timber target box behind range A. The following details should be clearly and legibly recorded in the space provided on the target: - Date - Member Name - Member Number - Category i.e. rim-fire, centre-fire or air pistol - Score (out of 100)
