Then fill the gap between your 223 and the above with 243, 6.5x55, 260 rem or 6.5 manbun.
Then a 375H&H or 45/70 to get a start on the lighter side of big bore.

My question is, what should I get next? As I get the itch to add to the collection. Make? Model? Calibre? What am I missing that I need(?)!

Once you’ve got that, a sharps, rolling block or high wall in 45-70, 45-110, or 45-120. Then a martini in 577-450 and/or a 577 snider

You can pick up a Ruger American hmr for around $600 which is not a huge amount of dollars in the scheme of things.
