I did find my vortex scope a bit fiddly to adjust but once adjusted the scope is definitely very clear and parallax free

you need to have your eye on axis with your eye in the centre of the scope if your eye goes off a bit you will see some haloing
with my scope I have to build a good position every time I fire, I see it as a good thing
