I have had a few issues with a new Howa 1500 which include loose action screws courtesy of incomplete staff at my local gun shop.
I tried to sight the scope in again on the weekend and ran out of windage. I flipped the rings and ran out of windage in the other direction. Is it likely a problem with the rings or possibly the scope?
The scope is second hand and off of a different gun
