Seconded on that. Most safe salesmen will tell you digital locks are more secure and are easier to operate. While that's true that digital locks are easier to operate. Personally, I don't believe that digital locks are more secure than a dial or key lock, maybe they are on par in terms of security though.
I also know someone whose digital lock on their safe failed (supposedly the circuit board inside shorted) and everything got locked in. They had to pay a few hundred dollars to get a locksmith to drill the safe to replace the lock and ended up with a hole in the safe.
Key and dial locks in general are just more reliable.
Also don't buy a Bunnings safe, they are super easy to break into. Only use if you don't care about losing your guns to theft or have an absolute theft-proof house, that thing is more a metal filing cabinet than a safe.
