I take it you cannot determine steel from brass or bronze.
As the steel in a cz is pretty tough it is unlikely to have done any damage to the barrel.
Even if it has the damage is unlikely to have had a significant impact on accuracy as 22lr's are very forgiving and I doubt this is a benchrest gun.
As long as all the bits out of the barrel then it should all be good to take it out and have a shot.
P/S stop using a loop and use a proper jag. Don't make the patch too tight or you will cause other problems and damage the crown
The diamond cut ones are the best in my opinion but 22 pretty much don't really need cleaning in my opinion.
Others opinions will differ.
One well placed shot is all it takes.
