If the Zeiss Conquest 3-9x40 MC was in the mix (been discontinued way before that test was conducted) it would have knocked them all into a cocked hat!! Priced around $500 (when they came out) they punched well above their weight and were a superb low light scope. I used them for years to pick out deer in the dark - when any bino would have given up 15 minutes earlier.

Was a good scope ....and they still command top dollar used!!
