2214 has been discontinued for many years. As I recall it was supposed to be about 5% slower than 2213 / 2213sc. Thus 2217 will be somewhere in between.
I have no personal experience with 2214 but I expect that you will be quite safe using any ADI 2213 /2213sc maximum load data as a starting point.
Alternatively you could start at 1 grain below maximum for 2217 and work your way up cautiously, provided in all cases you have some understanding of what pressure signs to look for, otherwise stop at the maximum 2217 load.
Depending on bullet weight you might need to use a long drop tube along with powder compression to get maximum velocities.
Also I would recommend you use magnum primers with all loads of 2214 in your 243win.
