Basically I was in QLD at the time and got permission to import the parts but needed to get the gunsmith to "manufacture" the firearm.
This entailed doing the serial number etcetera and drilling the touch hole.
Now I am in NSW the process looks more difficult and I am still working through it.
Fingers crossed I can start another in a few months.

It surely is to me too!
Problem is I no longer have the access I did and still have guns to sight in.
Think I might try and regulate the double rifle after I sight this and the matchlock in.

The type without the adjustment between the barrels so I am going to use the old style method of adjusting the muzzle with a stone/file.

I've got my eye on a pedersoli 72 cal,but I'll never get it. I'd like a 50 or 58 though
