small problem

last round can not load

the follower jammed so stopped early than it should be, so the last round still 1/3 in the tube when the follower stopped

I used the fine sand paper polished the follower slightly few times now it works fine

it was my concern as well, but once I handle it I feel no difference compares to my other 3 normal sized lever rifles, feels even better, a little bit more comfortable
also it looks right, not too big....

How do you find the recoil on it with the light stock? I'm looking at these should my gun license ever make it off the "team leaders" desk.
Is the follower metal or plastic?

haven't find a chance to shoot it yet
the follower is green colour plastic, the material and quality seems good although it was a little too big for the tube

Is the stock wood or polymer? I have read the gun is front bias heavy and people replace to the stock to correct it. What is your thoughts?

Its only a 44 mag. Recoil will be noticeable but nothing spectacular

If a 45kg girl can handle shooting my 458wm I'm sure you can handle something with as little recoil as a 44 mag.....

Well mine broke today after a week shy of 2 months of ownership and very light use.
Got home after a night of hunting (walking around and never shooting) and was giving it a clean cause it was covered in dust, noticed a screw was sitting out slightly, went to tighten it up and realised it was completely loose, popped open the lever and turned the gun upside down only to discover a part had broken after half of my right cartridge guide fell out onto the floor. So now I'm in the process of seeing what the dealer can do to fix it.
It's not a common part to break on Rossi/Citadel and I can't even find an instance of someone elses cartridge guide breaking.

I have never heard of the right side breaking, I can't even think how it could as the left does the work.

Must have been a faulty part.
