Accurate adi load for 6.5cm

Hi all
Does anyone have a load that works well in a howa varmint
I've only just started load development but Im struggling to get sub MOA with sst 140 grain and 2206h and also 2209
Any help appreciated

Gunna need more information.
Powder type and weight with what bullet and what speed are you getting .
And it's no good asking what works in another rifle even if it's the same brand and model as all rifles are different .

If you can't get it to shoot it might be time to try a different bullet.

Go back to basic's and keep it simple, try some flat base bullets, something like a 120gr Nosler BT or a Speer 140gr Hot Cor :thumbsup:

I use 2206H for lighter bullets, (107-123gr) and 2209 for anything heavier. I mostly use 41.5gr 0f 2209 behind a 147gr ELD-M for 500m but this is in a custom rifle with 1 in 7.5" twist.
No idea what your Howa twist rate is, ( no doubt Dr. Google will chime in), but you need a tight twist to stabilise heavy 6.5 pills, they are long. It's a matter of doing the load development.

Totally agree, I have had good results from the Noslers, using 2209, Lapua brass and CCI BR primers.
