Vindication

Post by alexjones » 10 Dec 2024, 5:03 pm

Good to see a lot of people are refusing to provide services to daniel andrews. Not letting him eat at their businesses or establishments and denying him services. Not to mention he is going back to court for hitting that cyclist. He destroyed so many peoples lives with his tyrannical lust for power. Now he is starting to reap what he sowed. He will be hated by many until the day he dies.

He is the worst premier in this federations history and just behind howard as worst politician.

Maybe you've been in a media bubble for awhile, but out here, Albanese takes the cake as the most incompetent, gutless and deliberately deceptive politician in Australia's history. But then, as business people, we have other priorities.
Yeah I know why you mention Howard, because he enacted the gun laws that Labor had drafted up years prior. Guns being restricted such is one thing, but a scumbag clusterf*** destroying the country and our kids futures in but a few years is a bigger crime. Without being able to turn on the lights, afford food, have Australians in jobs and houses rates as more important to most big-picture people.
But dont forget, it was the gutless shooters and their clubs that sat down to p*ss that let it happen. Yes, they did.

Unless you were locked up for 280 days and I was you won't understand peoples angry and hatred for Andrews and Co who's children have pstd or parents died and you couldn't travel to their funeral or business owners who lost their livelihoods businesses, or people with heart problems from vaccine on recommendations and police enforcement of the cough.

He was refused entry at Chin Chin by Lucas and at least 2 golf courses have refused membership. Probably more they they wont make the press.

The car crash pics don't match his account of the incident.

Still has 24/7 security.

Dictator Dan, the pidgins are coming home to roost.
I hope he spends the rest of eternity in misery, he's a grub, a prime example of everything a leader shouldn't be. Victoria will take decades to recover financially from his mess.

I hope word spreads and not serving Dan becomes a national sport to the point he can't buy a cheese burger at a McDonald's drive through.

His court case....
There's a high probability that everyone in the courtroom including the "impartial" judge already hates him. I hope his trial is less than fair and drags on for a decade costing him millions and millions. Unfortunately I have full confidence that he won't have trouble finding a lawyer to act for him given most will happily defend the lowest of the low.... anything for a dollar.

Sorry to hear about that mate, Despot Dan f****d Victorians over royally for generations to come!

Sychaphont "Dan" lovers are completely dilusional, it doesn't surprise me they're Trump haters also.

And that kid that was hit by Daniel Andrews... i mean his wife, they wouldn't take it to trial if there wasn't enough evidence to contradict or undermine the plantiffs claims on that day. With a bit of luck we'll get our revenge on this prick in the courts...

It's going to trial, which usually means there's enough evidence to support the plantiffs claim.

Your Despot leader is at fault, in Victoria you must give way to cyclists. He admitted they hit the boy during his call to 000... Listen to his 000 call here if you don't beleive me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDH7Fw29U4g

Unbelievable.

"Mr Andrews, who was the Victorian opposition leader at the time, was in the front passenger seat of the family's Ford Territory which was being driven by his wife Catherine."

Allegedly not the driver.
No one was breath tested.
The child wasn't asked "who was driving"
I also read somewhere that 000 wasn't the first phone number to be called following the accident.

For those of you who have troubling with reading and comprehension (Chucky, Stihl88 and Alexi) :-

Meuleman is suing Slater and Gordon, alleging it failed to properly investigate the circumstances of the collision at Blairgowrie on the Mornington Peninsula in January 2013.

Lawyers for Meuleman, who was 15 years old at the time of the crash, claim the firm failed to act in his best interests, and breached their obligations to him when securing an $80,000 compensation payout from the Transport Accident Commission.

Dan Andrews isn't on trial here, the facts have been well established. Move on and get a life ! you wasting Forum space

My understanding is that his wife was driving.

We'll probably never know that one for sure.

Let's play this scenario out... As someone who was state opposition leader at the time it wouldn't have looked good in the headlines "Dan hits young boy" so why not his wife Kath take the fall! Only problem is if she was drinking he'd be a rotten mongrel to do such a thing but that could all be avoided if the officers didn't take her BAC as has been alleged...

Sometimes the devils in the detail, remeber in the 000 call he didn't say that Kath had hit him, he said "we've hit him".

Anyway, we'll probably never know the full truth of the matter. All we do know is he's proven to be a rotten mongrel in many other areas.

Never said Andrews was on trial, but if you read the case you'll see it's all relevant with the end goal of Andrews being held accountable, particularly if corruption & cover up can be proven as is implied.

The FACTS are that there's certainly enough evidence to raise eyebrows of supposed corruption, whether or not there's enough to stick is yet to be seen...

Also FACT, your mate Andrews is an absolute D******d no matter how you spin it!

To save hours of research, can you point us to the information where it was found that the boy was found to be at fault?

If it's accepted that the motorist hit the boy then the motorist is at fault considering motorists must give way to cyclists and pedestrians in this scenario.

A report by the state’s former Assistant Commissioner for Traffic and Operations Dr Raymond Shuey found the vehicle was travelling at speed and on the wrong side of the road when the boy was hit, this doesn't bode well for the 'boy was at fault' claim.

IMHO anyone still ranting about the covid lockdowns needs to get a life. Let's be honest you were allowed out most days for an hour or so and visit your intimate partner. If you couldn't deal with 22 or 23 hours at home then you had problems before the covid lockdowns even started. And if you think going hunting was more important than peotecting the general population, YOUR THE ONE WITH THE ISSUES.
Dan Andrews would have simply made decisions based on the information the experts gave him no more no less. He knew the geral population didnt like it. I don't know but perhaps there's more to it than what meets the eye. But for gods sake stop whining like a 5 year old. Grow up and get on with life.

This b******* about Victoria and Melbourne having the most lockdowns on the planet is just b******* and you all know it. Argentina had longer lockdowns some almost 300 days and many were much tougher in some cases people weren't allowed out to go and do shopping or anything they were just locked in their house/unit.

As far as crappy politicians go Dan Andrew is only one of many you might not like him and that's fair enough & you don't have to but let's not forget JWH, Jeff kennett, and Tony Abbott the greatest dropkicks ever to sit in parliament.

MOVE ON. You will be better for it.

Your entitled to your opinion.
In my opinion, I'm amazed that people are still blind to the scam that unfolded.
A virus so bad most people didn't even realise they had it.
We were blatantly lied to about the WHO's advice, the first jab wasn't safe of effective, the science we were told to trust was wrong, people lost their jobs for refusing that dangerous shot.

I think you either like him or hate him. From a wide circle of people i know probably only 20 ~ 30% of them like him, the rest can't stand him which is reflectant of the last election where Labor picked up just 1/3rd of the primary vote compared to their significantly higher margin in the 2018 election.

I think most people have moved on from COVID but there's no denying the psycological damage caused by Andrews particularly on children and the vulnerable at the cost of "stopping the spread" which we knew didn't stack up.

The financial impact to Victoria and damage to small businesses will be felt for generations to come yet the other states seemed to balance the response much better, Andrews balanced it like a dictator.

Most people can't stand him and as a state we needed to move on from him for sure... Good riddence to the turd!
