Not too sure about your image hosting service, but all that I can see is a request to "Upgrade to Premium". I'm not going to be doing that.

Yes mate, just upload the pics to the site directly, we would be very interested in what you're describing but cannot see it.

Wouldn't expect you to.

I had multiple images and couldn't figure out how to upload them all to one page. It was only letting me upload one, so I made the entire report into a PNG image, and tried to upload that, and it, of course, was too big a file.

I'm using my website to host it now, and, if for some reason it's not legible, click it and it'll take it to the page on my website that's doing the hosting.

I guess this is what I get for assuming a "free" picture hosting site was actually free :? Sorry about the confusion!

That's a really clever bit of work mate, what was the effect?
I imagine that the two pillar halves would have quite critical lengths to come together and just pinch (didn't want to use the word "compress" because it's not really the intention) the timber enough to keep everything consistently in position.

What happens when the timber yields over time? Can it be "snugged up" again?
With regular bedding as you'd know, you can keep a consistent torque by retightening the action screws as the bedding material settles in the timber, in certain woods it certainly will. I've left out the knuckleheads overtightening everything...

On the other side of the spectrum is the awful plastic bottom "metals" (what a crime of a term) on firearms where the makers just blatantly say "quality is not our intention". If I was a firearm manufacturer and used plastic that basically forms part of the bedding, I would be ashamed.
