inquiry into NSW gun laws

Post by bigrich » 27 Oct 2026, 4:05 pm

good news , a bit of push back against the communists . the SFFP , with the support of the coalition , and "others" , has got the inquiry motion through parliament . besides the railroaded laws , and their total lack of due process, and no consultation , mark from the SFFP is pushing to look at the actions of NSW firearms licencing in regards to bondi and the john edward case . this is a real chance to expose the lies and manipulation by labour . will also expose how the general public have been played by labour . :drinks:

this could turn out to be really, really good . haven't found a link i can post on this ATM . cheers

The latest hunter campfire had a good talk about it.
It's all in a shambles, and possibly as I suspected, they don't know where all the guns are due to their lack of filing arrangements (thinking Betties filing off Hey Dad)

Surely the adults are going to take over and incinerate this half assed attempt at stealing harmless our tools.

They are not compelled to do anything regarding any enquiry findings, and not a chance of them changing their position.
Meat Minns had to start it, to look like he did something, or it would have bit him as the election closed in on him.

It's a total mess, and they have no idea, hence just announcing the stage's plan.

Notice Elbo is very quiet about it, Minns now just sending the librarian out to talk.
She still holds the lies about it being about Bondi, and keeping people safe.
She is the police minister and her police have now lost control of the streets.
Despite her lies, the guns on the streets are not stolen hunting rifles.

Although one might have suspicions we are not to know who has HoChi Minns by the short and curlys but I don't get any feeling that he might publicly back down, even a little.
Listening to the various media it seems NSW laber is in somewhat a chaotic state and they don't have a majority as it is so a change is on the cards next March.
At the next election just remember to number every candidate's box on the ballot paper and make sure to put Greens last and Laber second last.
Same goes for Victoria.

Minns will NOT back down, nor will Albanese, best we will get is silence and deliberate, slimy undermining, stalling and blocking of evidence.
Admitting they were wrong, or even looking like they might be relenting, is not in the socialist playbook on disarmament.

I say WE, because although we are not all in NSW, this has an overarching effect on us all... if it's allowed to happen without a complete and final NO, it will set the precedent we all do not want.
We might not all have to suffer the stupid firearm limits, but we all soon just might - we are already having to suck up the banning of so many firearm types, including spare parts, because that human stack of faeces Albanese directed the Feds to enact.

yeah i agree with a lot of your views fellas . a backdown is a remote possibility . to publicly expose lie-bours socialist agenda , blaming gun owners for the actions of criminals, and total failure and ineptitude of public servants in guv'ment and weapons licensing, is something that needs to be publicly exposed , cause the majority of the public don't know the truth. the good work of SFFP , highly likely grayham parke of shooters union is one of the "others" that supported this , has led to a enquiry into the facts on how this policy was railroaded through and it's unjust impact on LAFO's . this is the first real step by conservatives and firearms owners working together to pushback against the socialist left in this country . i hope it's the first of many steps .

for the last thirty years , when voting , i number every box , greens last , lie-bour second last . i know some people that don't vote , they believe their one vote doesn't mater . shame on them . and i tell them so , don't you worry ;) . their non-vote goes to the encumbered guv'ment , lie-bour . what price democracy and your freedom when you can't be f@cked voting

One year, I had to write 1 to 30, or something stupid, on a senate ballot paper that covered all 3 walls of the booth.
The next election, we could choose fewer, but I always choose my own preferences and be careful not to donkey vote.

The info is now coming out.
The inquiry was like a loophole one that the SFFP blokes must have found.
It will piss Mince and the librarian off, because more info will come out, more failings will be exposed, and more victims of the bad rushed legislation will get to tell their story.
Even more of the non-shooting general public will learn of what a disgraceful mess it is.

Minge now admits he may lose, and it won't be to the Uni-party.
Ablo is more concerned with keeping his snout in the trough, as every ruling party senior minister gets rolling riches and spends the rest of their lives in luxury on the taxpayer, also a job for the boys.

It is not over; if the NSW and Federal Comos fall, we start afresh.

The turning point is if Elbo tries to charge One Nation with his woke laws and takes them out before his election.

Minns will never back down on this. But it will interesting to see the narrative shift when the FAR reports on just how many guns are 'bought back'. I am telling everyone I know to not be tempted to hand in their dads single shot lithgow 1B's to get some cash as it adds to the stats.

You watch one thing here fellas, that this is going to AGAIN waste energy and direct politics up a blind path. As the SFP just does EVERY TIME.

Before you jump on me, is this true or not?

The official Bondi inquiry in NSW did NOT interview or call as witnesses, to speak UNDER OATH any of the political "leaders" who oversaw, redirected and tried to do SFA to avoid this tragedy, directed funding AWAY from the Federal and NSW Police to track all the neanderthal extremists operating there, the hate-preachers willing the heads of easily-influenced Califate wannabes's that were ignored (Labor votes, more important), the money taken from ASIO by this pig Albanese's government to limit their surveillance or ANY of the things that led to this.

Does anyone thing this pointless political exercise will do anything to brin g any real evidence out? You have to believe in fairies.

What it will do is take people's priority away from saying a blanket NO, whilst the government cogs keep ticking away in the background.

It's politics and how it works. This latest enquiry was a loophole one, found by the SFFP; no one else did anything.
The few attempts to call for a full repeal were always going to be stomped on within the first minute by the wokers.
Good that a few did it though, beats doing nothing.

Credit where it's due, and no one has worked harder than Banasiak, and likely the rest of them.
Even the SSAA, but maybe that was more a one-bloke thing, and if the other high-ranking SSAA Fudds have shut him up, I will hate them even more, and give them some heckling, as they deserve.
Graham Parks is at the head of the fight, and this is the first time I have ever seen shooting orgs come together like this.

If any conservative shooters are stupid enough to believe the other side of the uniparty, now talking against the failed new gun laws.
Think about the inner-city Kelley Slone's first comment, "I would take them all"
If any desperate shooter wants the $1,000 for an old ******, wait until after the election.
If you do it now and throw the rest of us under the bus, when your IOU turns into a worthless piece of paper that was reneged on, Tough Titties to you and your Fudd mates.

More funny stuff is coming out, and why Albo want's the internet controlled.
They are exposing every serious lie he tells that could harm his political career.

The latest one, for anyone who has seen footage of him yelling at those opposite about his golf club, where he owed a few houses, had the sewer fixed, because it flowed to the beach.
No sewerage work was carried out, it has been admitted (Revealed)
He won't admit to lying, but now admits to being wrong.

Minns recently made a comment about the coffee shops and plastic cups, "Plastic trash is being pulled out of our waterways at record levels". He also talks about recycling being a huge business.
The truth is that the current NSW govt, and its over development has turned the Sydney river and creek systems into sewer pipes every time it rains and have done nothing to reverse what has been deteriorating over the last 10 years or so.

There were some serious court actions against one of the biggest individual recycling companies, responsible for some huge chemical pollution incidents and the 2 biggest fish kills in the last decade or so; they must have been the govts friends, as they covered it up and claimed natural causes.
Too late now as I just heard the big polluter went out of business; nothing to see here now.
Just the plant fires they were having regularly, and the black chemical smelling water flowing into the Parra river.

I know of a YouTuber fisho, who tried to expose it all, and has the evidence but they wrote him off as a bit of a loon.
I may try to contact him, as he may help expose Minns as a cowardly liar, much like Albo.

fair assessment of the situation with the whole bondi thing and the facts of the total failings by guv'ment . as for the exercise being pointless , if it exposes the propaganda, corruption and total lack of due process then it's worthwhile . hopefully it's just the first step . at least somebody's doing something . SFFP being amateur, maybe . but everyone has to start somewhere , even aunty pauline . the worst thing would be to give up the fight and do nothing . i'm sure grayham from shooters union thinks it's worth fighting for . full credit to him, and the effort and time by those who got the inquiry through

Do we have any real chance of winning, only if the Liebor government is booted, and not swapped for Lieberal.

Is every battle worthwhile? Sure is.

Minns and (be vewy quiet about the whole subject) Albo would have been spewing about the SFFP finding that avenue of enquiry.
Have you noticed the 2IC Wong hiding in the dark for her chance at the top job, if they knife Elbo.
I don't think she has said a single word about the gun laws.

As Graham Parks explains, caps are very important as once in place, they then lower them next time.
Then they are heading for "Guns Zero" like all great como countries.

Who, Sum Ting Wong?

You blokes have misguided faith, respectfully.
Have you not seen everything so far blocked, redacted, avoided and dodged?

My disappointment is, as always, that while Rome burns, people squabble about who has the fire extinguisher contract and look for the servicing records.
Meanwhile it burns whilst people waste time elsewhere dragging up the past and looking for that past evidence, whilst that evidence is locked up and in the fire already.

I have absolutely NO faith.

Look out for One Nation's firearms policy for NSW - about to be released.
Watch the knives come out after that.
I wonder if the SFP will giggle and laugh on video again over that when it's announced, like they did when Kelly Sloane promised to rally against Minns's backstabbing of the NSW people to hide Labor's inaction. What fools.
I wonder if they've taken that video down yet.

Wongs hiding tactic was on track.
Albo tells the lies and loses more credibility daily; she steps in and takes the big job.

Well it all fell apart, and her lie about so many kids dying in so many months had to be admitted under questioning.
She even tried to turn it on that smart young lib bloke when she is compelled to just answer the questions.
He then made the senior fat cat half admit that the false information figures came from the UN experts lol.

Never forget Sloane's first statement after Bondi, "I would take them all"

I was one of a few who stood up and tried to reset up the SFP in Qld, after the first attempt went down in flames due to the infighting between a few narcissistic idiots who tried to climb over one another to be "Top Dog".
I'm sure there is at least one forum member here to has some insight into that debacle.
Same thing happened the 2nd time around, and for some reason which I could not fathom, everything I suggested which was/has compkletely failed in the past was being done again - lesson not learned.
The other members were all city-lifers, so they came from that angle, and I sought to come from the country-centric way of thinking - which WAS NOT THE SAME, nor were the tactics necessary to glean more farmers to become members and be a real political influence.
this was, of course, prior to One Nation's rise to real popularity.
Anyway, my membership and influence was truly threatening to them, and they shut me out - used my money and influential numbers to reform than said, see ya mate, we're running the show now.
I backed out, what's the point as you cannot convince fame-seekers that they are alienating fishers and farmers.
And the party crashed again, imploded due to narcissism. That is real historical fact.

The two "F''s they stuck in between Shooters and Party, in an attempt to dilute the stupid name of "Shooters Party", that was NEVER going to appeal to anyone but - have no meaning to us, and they do not represent us whatsoever.
These guys in NSW, well, they are just being led around politics by their noses, and are being just as pointless, and actually are doing more damage by splitting people and votes up.
On Kelly Sloane, FFS "take the win" and run with it. Whether she has changed her tune from education or from political survival, she has done so. take the win and use it, don't be so f**ken stupid as to laugh it off, especially from blokes being used at every turn for Labor to get what they want time and time again.

yeah mate , this post puts things in perspective regarding your views on SFP . unfortunately politics can attract people with the worst of human traits . thanks for posting , a little information can change things considerably

Rich, as I always say, my opinions are from my own experiences with people, not from others.
Oh but that's not NSW, they say, but will anyone believe that all that came from NSW direction, which is determined to be in National control of other states? Not for this black duck, I do not support more failures.

One Nations response to Minn's despicable blaming of NSW shooters and hunters fon his and Albanese's failures:

One Nation’s Plan:

If elected in NSW, One Nation WILL:

1. Repeal TOLA and end the buyback: Repeal the firearms aspects of TOLA and immediately end the unfair and unnecessary, taxpayer funded buyback.

2. Restore fair and accountable rules: Restore fair, practical laws for law-abiding firearm owners and remove restrictions that punish people who have done the right thing.

3. Restore five-year licences: End unnecessary two-year renewals and return to practical five-year firearm licence terms, reducing repetitive paperwork for responsible owners while improving real-time monitoring of genuine risks.

4. Fix the Firearms Registry: Require the Registry to decide licence, permit-to-acquire and dealer applications within statutory timeframes, backed by proper staffing, modern systems and real-time information sharing between relevant agencies.

5. End arbitrary caps: Repeal arbitrary firearm ownership caps that ignore a person’s genuine needs, property size, pest-control requirements, calibre and lawful purpose.

6. Restore previous firearm classifications: Reverse recent reclassification changes affecting licensed firearm owners.

7. Get tough on gun crime: Increase penalties for anyone who steals, uses or threatens with a firearm during a crime.

8. Encourage hunting for pest management: Expand the number of State forests available for licensed hunting and provide longer, more regular and predictable hunting access across NSW, while maintaining sensible safety and operational protections. Fairly review and recommend suppressors for animal past management and OHS welfare of people engaged in such activities as an accepted practice and for occupational needs.

9. Protect our hunting heritage and environment: Preserve responsible recreational hunting as part of Australian culture and support hunters in controlling feral pests that threaten native wildlife and habitats.

10. Support shooting clubs and the next generation: Reinstate the P650 form, promoting shooting ranges, club facilities and competitions, while encouraging safe, supervised participation by young people through approved clubs and proper training.

11. Back lawful firearms businesses: Cut unnecessary red tape for licensed dealers, gunsmiths, ranges and hunting operators.

12. Restore the right to a fair hearing: Reinstate NCAT to ensure procedural fairness in firearm licence refusals and cancellations, so that mistakes, vexatious complaints or administrative errors cannot deprive a person of their property or livelihood without a fair opportunity to respond.

The pessimist in me thinks that if one nation can fix this, those other scumbags behind the scenes will orchestrate a scenario where a licenced shooter goes crazy with a registered firearm.
Sorta like whistle blowers aren't suicidal, yet they always commit suicide...

What gets me is that it's always the far-left extremists who do the shootings and other murders.
The ones Ablo refused to even say the words.

Despite his continuous blaming of right-wingers and Nazis, none of them committed the heinous mass shootings.

I call for Albo to turn the temperature down, as it's his actions that normal Aussies are reacting to.

The scumbag was quick to run on another BS holiday meeting while young Aussies are pushed into a mortgage crisis.
Where is Pong lol.

Boot them, or lose what's left of our once great country.
