I dunno mate, never bought a complete rifle, I only buy barreled actions as I can't stand plastic on any rifle (reminds me too much of the ol M16's) so wasn't interested in going there again.
I'm not a huge fan of the sound that travels through a synthetic stock, timber and laminate seems to dampen the vibration better

there's nothing wrong with the plastic one functionally and i didn't mind it for looks at first, but i agree with you bigfella... after a while i just wanted to get something a lot nicer looking. i actually wanted to get a hardwood hunter style with stippling, trimmings etc, but given it was over the $100 export limit, boyd's just wouldn't except the order
I used the USD to check the float. only reason i got it as i just got back yesterday from a trip to sri lanka and bloody Colombo airport would only change my rupee's to yank $.... i felt so dirty.. lol
at USD$99 plus postage, these stocks rock!!
